• What if we have been misunderstanding EMOTIONS this whole time…..

    My theory on emotions is that there are only two emotions:  Fear and Peace that we experience.  They are both physiological reactions – which means they are chemical reactions that occur within our bodies.

    The emotion “fear” is when our bodies are in a state of stress – because our stress hormones are released in response to an experience we are having.

    The emotion “peace” is when our bodies are in a state of rest – because our nervous system is regulated back to a state of rest – which means our bodies can maintain optimal hormone production that stabilizes the functions of our organs within our body.
